Flow of the Balance/Archives of December 2006/The Reflective Pool

As Edward entered the Temple, he was filled with wonder and awe.

As he moved, he found Lilith and gazed upon her face, she was radient. He could see a double there as well, almost as if there were two of her.

With two voices she said, "Edward, go to the reflective pool and meditate."

Edward moved into the inner sanctum and found the pool, it was calm and had a soothing effect on his belegered spirit. He sat at the pool and meditated.

The pool suddenly seemed to be full of life, He could see things the world over and recognised it as the portal that he had used while he was away.

He looked into Eston, Atamara and saw his brother Christofer holding his new baby twins, and knew one had been named Edwin, after the fallen hero, and the other one was Christofer II. He saw his twin brother Stephen, sitting in a pub, talking to a beautiful lady, then the waters seemed to part and the hero Edwin walked out and stood in front of Edward.

"Edward, The Flow is within Quantim, but Quantim is within the Flow."

"All religion that is true is of the Flow, otherwise they are evil."

"There is one religion now that is Evil, it is called the Blackest Cult, should you ever meet a priest of this religion, it will be your duty to kill him as there will be no redemption for his kind."

"Do not read any of your personal feelings into the prophecies, for to do so would be damnation."

"Be faithful, follow the word, there are trying times ahead, you must be diciplined, you must preach the word. For now, go back to the world, preach, and convert the many who would follow. I go now untill our next meeting."

Edwin turned and walked back into the waters that were still as calm as they were before. Edward got up and went out to preach.
