Felsenbach Family/Wassgandr/Linhai II 1/27/23

The crisp morning air was filled with the sound of battle as Heliacal Wassgandr Felsenbach led his unit of archers into the fray. The Ascendants, battle-worn and weary from previous battles, stood strong against the horde of monsters that threatened to overrun the rural region of Linhai.

Wassgandr's heart raced as he gave the command to fire. The archers let loose a rain of arrows, each one finding its mark with deadly precision. The monsters roared in fury as they charged forward, but the Ascendants stood their ground, their arrows striking true time and time again.

As the battle raged on, Njal and his Wolves of Fylkir joined the fray. The infantry were a force to be reckoned with, their swords and shields reflecting the moonlight. They fought with ferocity and skill, cutting down monster after monster.

Despite the windy conditions, the archers' aim remained true and they scored many precise shots. Njal and his infantry were also able to inflict many devastating blows on the monsters. But the monsters fought back fiercely, their attacks causing heavy casualties among the Lurians.

As the battle reached its climax, Wassgandr and Njal fought side by side, their combined might proving too much for the monsters. Together, they emerged victorious, their enemies vanquished and the region safe once more.

But the victory was not without cost. Many brave men had fallen, and the ground was slick with the blood of both monsters and Lurians. As Wassgandr surveyed the battlefield, he couldn't help but feel a sense of sorrow for the lives lost. But he knew that their sacrifice had not been in vain, and that they had died to protect the innocent people of Linhai.

With a heavy heart, Wassgandr led his men out of the battlefield, his mind already turning to the next battle. He was a warrior, and he would continue to fight for his realm until the end.
