Feature Requests/Layout 2

• Obviously, remove all frames
• Use CSS Sprites for left sidebar (and eventually, all header images too. Will save bandwidth and increase speed of page load)
• Unobstrusive JS/CSS wherever possible
• Graceful degradation of JS so that non-supporting browsers do not b0rk
• Try and optimize the layout to improve speed
