Feature Requests/"No Autopay" Setting

"Under unit settings, there is no way to set unit autopay to "no autopay" if it had ever been altered from its default setting. This means that new characters will have the "no autopay" setting, but there is no way to change it back.

I would like to have the option to set autopay to "no autopay" so that I can have complete manual control of my unit and paraphernalia, to pay however often and however seldom I want. Since this is an option that must be intentionally selected by the player, this would be a voluntary decision and one that would (hopefully) account for the risk of being unable to pay and desertion."
