Demotivation
Well here we have it, the result of a bit too much free time and someone showing the team, http://despair.com/. This list of quirky themes and ideas for each nation are obviously not terribly flattering, but that's alright since if anyone should laugh at the kingdoms our characters call home it's us players! For the sake of fairness we've attributed one poster per nation, (though for those we knew really well we had quite a list) so that everyone is painted in an equally unflattering light.
Unfortunately the lists are hardly complete, not because we like some places better but actually because the team hasn't been everywhere, still I'm sure someone won't let that state last forever. ;)
Hope you get a chuckle out of it. Without further ado:

Avamar | Meetings | None of us is as dumb as all of us. |
Avamar Selective | Arrogance | The best leaders inspire by example. When that's not an option, brute intimidation works pretty well, too. |
Caligus | Stupidity | Quitters never win, winners never quit, but those who never win AND never quit are idiots. |
Coimbra | Overconfidence | Before you attempt to beat the odds, be sure you could survive the odds beating you. |
Eleador | Sacrifice | Your role may be thankless, but if you're willing to give it your all, you just might bring success to those who outlast you. |
Fontan | Blame | The secret to success is knowing who to blame for your failures. |
Ibladesh | Burnout | Attitudes are contagious. Mine might kill you. |
Iturunt | Incompetence | When you honestly believe you can compensate for a lack of skill by doubling your efforts, there's no end to what you can't do. |
Kalmar Island Monarchy | Mistakes | It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others. |
Kalmar Island Democracy | Irresponsibility | No single raindrop believes it is to blame for the flood |

Old Rancagua | Problems | No matter how great and destructive your problems may seem now, remember, you've probably only seen the tip of them |
Oligarch | Worth | Just because you're necessary doesn't mean you're important |

Rancagua | Ambition | The journey of a thousand miles sometimes ends very, very badly |
Sirion | Goals | It's best to avoid standing directly between a competitive jerk and his goals. |

Heen | Change | It's a short trip from riding the waves of change to being torn apart by the jaws of defeat. |
Irombrozia | Humiliation | The harder you try, the dumber you look. |
Joppo | Agony | Not all pain is gain. |
Khthon | Destiny | You were meant for me. Perhaps as a punishment. |
Kingdom of Alluran | Potential | Not everyone gets to be an astronaut when they grow up. |
Luz de Bia | Pretension | The downside of being better than everyone else is that people tend to assume you're pretentious. |
Melhed | Indifference | It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face. |
