1. Knights/Council Members captured in battle:

  • No torture
  • No robbing of gold
  • release within one day (I will almost always release the same day unless OOC issues intervene)


2. Traders:

  • Should simply remain out of the other's regions during the length of the conflict.
  • Traders captured will be relieved of their gold under the assumption they have been dabbling with the black markets.
  • Actual proof of Black market activity will lead to a ban 1st offense and deportation 2nd.
  • Individual exceptions may be possible under the direct supervision of each realm's banker.


3. Priests:

  • This is not a holy war, so all priests should be restricted from the combat zones.
  • Priest captured will face the stiffest penalties under the law.(OOC: I haven't had any priests so I am not sure what we can do to them. I say we play it by ear should the matter arise.)


4. Infils:

  • Captured doing illegal activities. Gold removal and ban first offense.
  • Captured doing illegal activities 2nd offense: Torture and deportation, or depending on the severity of the crime, execution. Determining the severity of the crime is the sole discretion of the Judge who holds the prisoner. (I typically just deport them, but should there be a major uproar in the realm execution becomes more viable)
  • Captured by patrols: Gold removal and release
  • Captured by patrols 2nd offense: Gold removal, and rot in cell.
  • Captured by patrols 3rd and up: Gold removal, torture, and rot in cell.
