Found in Fengen, on the cursed isle of Beluaterra, by Chika in the Year of the Black Storms, 1010/07/16.

The Axe was taken from an undead champion, a giant figure created from massacred soldiers in the slaughter in Fengen, when Sword and Shield tore into the ranks of Enweil.
