The following was a realm-wide letter received on the 6th of March 2007.

Falasan's declaration of war was, at their words, "nothing personal" but simply to avoid misunderstandings amongst soldiers. I believe "normal" would be low enough... but like said, after our mission our relations with Falasan will be probably be reinstated to neutral or higher.
