Anima Family/Gladius

Gladius is the oldest of the three active nobles of the Anima family. He joined the service of his mother realm right after he came of age. Exceedingly loyal to his realm of origin, Gladius has no other wishes than to serve his realm any way he can. He was quickly promoted into Perdan's most elite army and briefly served as Count of Beziers. Gladius has a very tactical mind and his prowess in quickly assessing situations on the battlefield surpassed even his cousin, Velox. Unlike his cousin, however, Gladius has a very strict code of honour and this has caused him to become much less flexible in the field of politics.

After a series of lost battles against Caligus, there were many changes to the military structure of Perdan. Gladius now leads the PMW after the retirement of the previous marshal, Clarissa.
