Artcle of teaching.

Introduction

First off I would like to thank you for taking the time out of your day and busy life's to read my little article on teaching. I am Draymar Darkson eldest of the Darkson Clan siblings. Now i am not the greatest teacher by far but I enjoy what I do so I ask you to sit back...relax and enjoy my writings.

Teaching

First rule of teaching is try and get to know your students. It doesn't take to much effort really unless you have a student who is the type of person who doesn't wish to be bothered. Introduce yourself to them tell them what you can offer them. By this offer I am meaning tell them what you can teach them. If you do not know how exactly to show a person how to do something specific be honest with them. Its better that you be honest and tell them flat out you do not know then to try and explain it to them and completely confuse them. Next note is...be fair. Not all of your students will like you hey its the teachers curse people come on you all have been there before and know what im talking about. Then we have patience this is the most challenging of all. Some students will pick up on things so fast it will blow your mind. Others, well they will be so slow you would want to grab them and just strangle them just for being that slow but hey not all are smart in the lands...remember some never had teachers before but merely sat around their families manor drinking their father's wine and riding horses. Take the time to make sure you explain everything in as much detail as you can any time you explain anything to anyone of your students.

Usage

The usage of our academy is thus..to try and gather mentors of the lands in all area's. Some mentors will be known as the great thinkers of our times. Others there names will never be mentioned but that is ok. As long as you can help one student achieve their goals through teaching then you have done the job of a mentor to your best ability. Things will be slow..hard and down right dirty but bear with it and you will achieve great things.

Summary

Yes this little article is small but more will come in due time. My words are simple and understandable to those who look, think and desire truly to become a mentor. Take your time with things...never rush..never hinder. Always do your part in the students teaching that can make that student one day look back and go "That mentor taught me a lot." No greater reward can ever come form anything else next to that.

Final Words

I must say finally that to all you fellow mentors and mentors to be that it is you who will decide what becomes of our lands. Why you might ask do you all decide how the lands come out. It is because your teachings will affect the student for the rest of his career and the rest of his actions within our noble lands till the day he falls victim to fate. Remember the greatest words of wisdom that any man such as myself can offer.

I bid you all farewell and I hope in some ways I may have gotten a few of my fellow mentors to think on things a little.
