Peter,

I edited it again to change the heading level, I think you'll agree that it doesn't need the horizontal rules anymore. I left the white space as is for now, but I'd like to know why you think it should have so much space between sections. Personally, I think it looks really bad, and I would like to know why you prefer it. --Nicholas November 15, 2005 06:05 (CET)

You asked if you are able to be elected while at a tournament, I'm not sure on this, I was at a tournament when voting took place in Minas Ithil recently but the person who won the vote was not at the tournament, so I don't know what happens. I do know that people were voted for who were at the tournament, so I would assume if they could be voted for then they could be elected. -- Murtrie 16 November 2005 15:15 (CET)
