Motions will be proposed by anyone in the Toren Reform Party. First they will be given to the Secretary General. He will then keep all the motions recorded and will present all of them every Monday. They will then be discussed throughout the week. If the motion is passes depending on what the motion is. It can become a resolution to a problem in the Party. It can become a new policy that the party will give to their next chosen candidate or it can simply be a future plan. These are put into the categories of "Policies" and "Resolutions".

Votes will be sent to the Secretary General for him to sum up and find if the motion is passed or rejected. For a motion to be decided, over sixty percent of the Party will have to have voted on it. If it is 55%-45%, this is considered "insufficient agreement". The motion will then have the same terms as a draw and the Party President then has the option to let the motion go under debate for another week or he can decided the outcome of the motion then and there.

The organization of the party will be essentially open and democratic. Being part of the leadership will result in having additional tasks to fulfill and will require you to have the necessary abilities to reflect on to other members, making the Toren Reform Party, overall, politically stronger.

The two positions consist of the Toren Reform Party are the Party President and Secretary General. The party President holds responsibilities over giving advice to candidates and tutoring less politically learned members of the Toren Reform Party some tutoring on the mechanics of politics. The Party President will also have some further responsibilities in passing or rejecting draws motion etc. The Secretary General will collect votes and when the voting is over he will present the results to the Party President for assessment. He will then give the rest of the Party the results but will keep who voted anonymous.

It can become a new policy that the party will give to their next chosen candidate or it can simply be a future plan. These are put into the categories of "Policies" and "Resolutions".
