Thulsoma was created by a group of colonists from Virovene during winter of the sixth year of Dwilight.

Thulsoma is bordered by sea in the north and sea by the south. Its western side is field and from the tower of Storms keep all can be seen for miles and miles. No access is available from the eastern sea for it is in perpetual storm. Storms keep is always wet and dreary. The natives of Storms keep are mostly addicted to a strange substance that they call 'Bloodmoon' it makes for a rather manic type place to be and when the moon is high many of the inhabitants of Thulsoma can also be seen to be acting strange from eating so much of the substance. Thulsomans are marked by their always red lips and teeth. It is also fashionable to have ones face painted stark white like a moon with lips exaggerated red.

Thulsomans follow the Sanguis Astroism but because of the storms and tempermental weather and difficulty in reading the stars in the north because of weather, their ideas and perception of the stars are different. Because of the Bloodmoon influence on 'Somans many will attribute it to the maddening star, they do not worship it seperately they do acknowledge its nature more than many who do not take the substance. The rise of the maddening star merely marks a time when more 'Bloodmoon' will be taken than other times.

Thulsoma is known as 'Bloodmoon' by anyone who was born and grew up in Port Raviel in the south of Dwilight. Bloodmoon is the aphrodisiac opiate refined from the palm tree's of the south realm and chewed by the natives of said region. King Glaumring Apasurian introduced this type of culture on the northerners.

Thulsomans will sacrifice a giant turtle in conjunction with certain changes or aspects of the bloodstars inorder to read its entrails. This is only done in the most dire of times and is another southern addition to northern culture.

Storms keep has the feet of the king Glaumring Apasurain and Randemicos Pope with Sir Sygrum carved into the center stone of the courtyard to symbolize the carnation of King Apasurian and the founding of Storms keep. All subsequent kings will also have their feet imprint carved around the same spot to show their solid claim to Storms keep for all time and their solemn vow to protect it with all they can.
