The agreement revolved around the safe passage of traders through each respective realm's borders. Sirion asked Caligus to please refrain from their war there, as it would create more war and not less. The people of Caligus said No, and Sirion dropped relations to Neutral, and raised them to Alliance with Ibladesh, to show them that Sirion was serious about this matter. This nation has long been the thorn in Sirion's side, and now we are free of it. There was much rejoicing as they watched thousands of Oligarchian prisinors paraded through the streets, marching out of Oligarch City--forever we hope.
