On Mossimo and Darkan bullying

RedSpan and Darka have a cease fire signed. Neither is to enter each others lands. RedSpan nobles have violated that term twice now(first by Mossimo and then by Elder Goat'sarse). I honestly couldn't care less what the reason is since it won't change the fact that your nobles are violating the cease fire terms. Again, the Priests of RedSpan do NOT follow RedSpan law. At all. They do what they want, when they want, how they want... And our Judge and King pretty much said "If you go, we're not paying for you to get out, and we're not coming for you." Which is what happened. And oh so amazing, Mossimo walked out just fine. Unless the cease-fire agreement between Redspan and Darka specified that any noble found in the other's lands was to be banished, then Lavigna's - and Darka's - demands for such a punishment are not supported by law. And thus, are nothing more than a demand. House Olik 07:23, 26 April 2007 (CEST)

It was more like option to keep broken Cease Fire effective, now it is broken and they can expect us to collect some "taxes" from their lands again. Darka gave them cheaper option and option to have better relations with Darka, which they seem to reject and thus wanting war with Darka. - Jaune

How interesting.Again my name in mud for doing my job.Gauihu once again you stick your nose where you shouldn't.You keep repeating i demanded his banishment when all i said is that i find it fit as punishment for Mossimo's actions since he broke the cease fire.In my humble opinion,when the realm is against such actions and wishes to honor the agreement they act like that.I will remind you Carelia's case with one of their troop leaders when he entered CE's lands.But apart that.I find funny the article itself concerning this matter.Mossimo wanted to pray for his brother in Sinclair ehi?Then he as well went in Alani to pray for him?And the Elders goat arse or whatever his name is?He came to pray for Fade as well?Not only they broke the cease fire once but after our reports they sent another of their priests.Also i would like to point our RS's justice.They didn t want to ban Mossimo..the Judge of RS opposed it as well.But the other priest,King Dielo said they were willing to ban him but didn t do it because we didn t captured him so it wouldn't make much difference.Honestly people....start thinking.My kind request is to stop saying i demanded.I indeed said it is the punishment i find more appropriate but didn t demanded.Also stop lying about Mossimo coming to pray for his brother.The torture report was written down by my scribes and you can see things in it that prove the fact he came for fun and with his Church's approval.Not to mention Dielo's letter proves he has the support of his realm as well.Lavigna

You once made a "kind request" that I modify the existing prisoner agreement, to allow torture of Abington traders. I refused this "kind request," and the result was you broke the entire agreement. I've heard Darkan "kind requests" to banish a Redspan infiltrator. Those "kind requests" were refused, and the result? 1. No one lies when they are interrogated at the expert hand of Arch Priestess Lavigna.
2. If the priests of RedSpan do not follow RedSpan law, then they should not be nobles of RedSpan.
3. If nobles owing allegiance to RedSpan break the terms of the cease fire, then RedSpan must pay the penalties of such actions. You cannot disclaim the actions of those who owe allegiance to your realm.

RedSpan is the home of many who do not fit into any other place. If Da One has brought them to Redspan then it must be right. If Da One sent people else where then it is not the king or Judge who must decide what Da One can or Cant do with his subjects. Thats what you people do not understand. My master can't claim to be neutral, what from being from Darka and all. That said, he understands that last statement to be that you are saying that any and all actions by Da One priests should be taken up with Da One itself. He would query then if Da One has a particular representative that we can discuss the issue with? Is the church of Da One the 'earthly' representatives of Da One and therefore could be held responsible for Da One's actions (or the actions of his other representatives)? Gauihu,your insults to my name and realm will passed unnoticed once more.I will keep this discussion civilized as Tony asked. I find it funny that you mention the fact i dropped the agreement this particular day.You forced me to drop the agreement because you clearly wanted to abuse it.You say i asked you to torture your traders.I say i asked you to keep your traders off Darka and your answer was..."Abby needs food,they want to help their realm,nothing i can do about it." so practically you answered "deal with it" ..since you tried to abuse the agreement i chose to drop it.You did the same with Strider today..forced him to drop your agreement due to your illogical and twisted demands.But all this my friend has no place here and to this discussion. The point is that Darka and RedSpan had a cease fire that said clearly that none of the 2 realms must enter each others lands for 6 months.In a week...2 priests did it...not just one..but two.For me ,those are not priests but RS troop leaders above all.We all know that we can always check where our troop leaders are and in case they head somewhere they should not..order them back.The priests came with the support of their realm as it seems.If not,then those troop leaders should get punished for violating the agreement and try to honor the cease fire.This is what i personally find just.However the Arch Priest of RS himself denied to ban them.When you sign a cease fire you honor it.If you don t...it either means you don t give a damn about it or in case it was a mistake find a way to please the part insulted.In this case Darka.Dielo himself said that the priests cannot pay ..not even a fine to their own realm...so that means they should be left unpunished?You ex federated realm,a realm you consider honorable,Carelia...did the same thing when one of their tl's broke the cease fire they had with CE.They banned the noble that violated the cease fire not because it was agreed but because this seems to be the choice fit for such cases.Justice is not only the rules written in paper but unwritten rules of honor as well.You consider me mud.It is a fact we don t like each other thus i no longer value your insults.
