:::Can you read? It says it right there on the page: "The local lords estate is always the largest, but knight estates can be enlarged in size. A larger estate will be more expensive, but also more efficient. Estate sizes

The large estate is worth 12 points, right? How much are small and medium estate worth? 5 and 7 points?
