Seems just like a regular infantry unit when fighting in an open field (Battle in Aestus, Battles in Leibo). Strong in defense (cca 40hits per casualty)

Honour and Recruitment

Researcher: Erazem Luegg
As can be found on Honour and Recruitment page the general formula seems to follows:
Number of men = Factor * Honour + Offset

Unit type Factor Offset
Infantry 1.5 22
Archers 1.5 22
Cavalry 0.5 7
Special Forces* 0.5 7

* Suspected, will be tested in the future.

My unit (max 23 men, 32 honour) has the same limitation as the formula for Cavalry (23 = 0.5*32+7), so it is reasonable to conclude the formula is the same. This will be easily verified with a different honour. We should also check if Cavaliers get additional allowance as per cavalry.
