Well Im confused. My first edit, I fixed it with the Cagilan Courier headline on top. Then I saw this discussion and figured it could have been intentional, so my second edit I fixed the text overlap problem but left the headline dividing the first article and the rest of the newspaper. Ah well, it's all good. If you want to change it back to the headline at the top, then just move the Headline template back to the top and put the TOC syntax underneath it this time - Revan
