Eds. - Welcome to the "anything goes Opinion paper". This is not an IC-only paper. Newspapers didn't exist at this time. It's IC, OOC, a lot of made-up stuff, and opinions sprinkled throughout quite liberally. Sources confirmed the story. Ole and staff are NPC's.
