Keffer was called something else...I want to say Grand Duke. Also, Arcaea's public reasons for entering the war were twofold: Assisting Papania, and revenge for Ethiala's betrayal of the alliance by signing a secret agreement with Aenilia that granted them Lasop after ceding claims to Arcaea.
