Taith Aenil
Born from the ashes of a dying Empire, Taith Aenil rises to face any challenge, knowing that the Angels are with them always. Together, they will fear nothing, but will press on relentlessly toward whatever end they are striving for.
Believing that the Celestial Powers themselves have granted us this opportunity, we have dedicated our religious service to studying these Angelic beings more, and be the centre of spiritual learning for the Far East.
However, the religious foundations of the realm have been shaken ever since the Aenil took the Arcangela Arella, the founder of our faith, ruler and friend, without known cause. It may have something to do with the cursed Book of Promises, an Aenilian holy book which was mistaken as a holy book for man. Since then, Taith Aenil has been on a crusade to find any information on why the Arcangela was taken from them.
Government
Taith Aenil could be best described as a democratic Theocracy. While the main power ultimately rests in the hands of the Pontifex, and to a lesser degree the Haruspex Maximus, Paladin Primus and Fiduciary; there exists an extended council consisting of former council members and region lords. Lesser nobles and freemen are also kept up to date and have a signifigant voice.
