I'm not certain what a "Great Malika" is, but it's foolhardy to walk around with a title like that when I'm lurking nearby.

You set out on a mission to take out Tissaphernes Ulthran, Great Malika of Heen.

I come before you today as time is growing thin and I can understand the Netherworlds wariness regarding the time that is consumed by finding the guidelines to our agreement.

Sint is willing to offer a full mutual cooperation with the Netherworld, we will defend against all aggressors and attack any human or non human nation apart from Old Grehk and Heen, to ensure the full trust of this partnership. To be honest we have been idling around unsure of the position we want to take, this has come to an end. In regards to the great friendship we share with the Heenite and Old Grehk people, we would like to invite both of you to think hard, reassess the situation and we would wish that you too join hands in the upcoming conflicts.

What I do not understand is why Heen has taken such a toll up until now, it was Mesh who originally attacked the Netherworld, failing to make amends, but rather foolishly neglecting what they have brought upon all of the SWA members. They were the ones that sat idly while the rest of the continent was engulfed in war. They were the ones that mucked the Netherworld, they are the ones now bringing the Monsters into this conflict. Who are we to let that happen to us, when did we say we wanted the monsters to help us, the very same monsters who are turning Alluran and Riombara into a pile of rubble I might add. I do not understand why we can sit by and watch them dictate the actions of the SWA without any form of explanation. And first and foremost I cannot understand why they let the Heenite people suffer in their name. They have become the same double plotting, silver tongued manipulators we chose to war during the great Beluaterra conflict, Sint will not comply.

However we really wish Heen and Old Grehk on board, and I can understand if they do not want to go as long along the way as we do. Honoring the step Sint will take with the Netherworld we ask that in return they do not hold a grudge against the defensive actions the Heenite people took. It is the safety of their realm they were looking after, as such they should not be coerced into fighting Mesh. I believe after the damage they already took, Sint can take offensive actions for them, while they take the defensive stance.

The SWA has been broken, Mesh chose to attack the Netherworld and is now in bed with the monsters who are destroying Alluran and Riombara. From what I can see it is not the Netherworld but rather the Gilgamesh and the Mesh that have achieved this break.

Sint knows this might be a step it has to take alone, nevertheless we will take it. Regarding the rest of the SWA, we hope that with an act of unison together with Heen and Old Grehk that Hetland, Riombara and Alluran may choose to tag along. We could save most of what we have achieved in the past years.

It was the decision of my countrymen that initially brought me this far, now I must take the steps to continue the path we have chosen. Please note that should Old Grehk or Heen turn against it's brothers of old, the exception will be nullified.
