Like most religions, Path to Eternity has a rigid structure, however, only elder ranks represent authority within the order, and they are collectively referred to as the Council of Elders. The full members help in the coördination of the faith.

| Elder | Prophet | Only the founder of Path to Eternity can be the Prophet, and he serves as one of the two Regents. |
| Elder | High Priest | He serves as the other regent of the faith, he takes over the role of the Prophet when the original Prophet is unavailable. |
| Elder | Arch Priest | Exclusive to the priest-class member appointed by the council to lead the other priests. |
| Elder | Advisor | The non-priest elders, they serve as the Advisory Council. |
| Full | Priest | Exclusive to all and only priest-class members. |
| Full | Senior Temple Patron | Similar to the Temple Patron rank, except they have both built a temple and donated 200 gold. |
| Full | Temple Patron | Similar to the Patron rank, except Temple Patrons have either built a temple or donated 200 gold to the treasury. |
| Full | Senior Patron | Similar to the Patron rank, except Senior Patrons have donated at least 50 gold in addition to the monthly fee. |
| Full | Patron | For those who believe in Aristoi Atamarism, but do not wish to contribute gold to its cause. |
