A brief listing of all who have sat upon the throne of Old Grehk. There is some uncertainty about the early rulers, although it is known that Karim was the first King of Old Grehk. One notable disrepency is that some sources suggest King Vagabond was upon the throne before Queen Melian.
- King Karim the Founder - Formed Old Grehk on August 30, 2003, ruled to an unknown date.

- King Tank Van Eylen - Elected October 15, 2003 and ruled until an unknown date. Elected December 27, 2003 and ruled until stepping down on April 11, 2004.
- King Golradir Lomadriewyn the Faithful - Ruled during early 2005, reign saw the beginning of the Second Undead Invasion
- Queen Melian Galadeon the Golden Feather - Elected during the Second Undead Invasion
- King Vagabond Cheung the Bureaucrat King the Honourable - Ruled sometime in late 2005 and early 2006. Reign saw the beginning of the Golden Era.
