The combined invading army then set its sights on Massillion. In a large, but short battle, the grossly outnumbered and overmatched defenders of Massillion were defeated by the combined enemy horde.

The brutal takeover failed, so King Andrew ordered his men to loot and pillage Massillion, which led to a large peasant uprising.
