Laia Marley

Laia Marley's career began in Dwilight when she was a young and promising noble of the Marley family. With only 17 years se began his career in the kingdom of Giask, in the east side of the continent. Laia seems not to be a strong women, although she has a great agility and high velocity movements that allows her to hit the enemies before they are able to charge they attack. Laias greatest characteristic is her aim shooting with a bow. She is able to hit perfectly an objective which runs very far away. She also is quite good throwing small knifes to the enemies necks. With the swords Laia prefers small and light swords that allows her to move fast. As a member of the Marley Family she is also an expert in botanic and specifically medicinal and mystical herbs. Laia is the small sister of the other noble family member, Marcus Marley. The family experience and the constant travels she made from one part to the other of the continent have helped a lot to the contributions she has done to the Marley's Botanical Guide

Weapons

The best hability of Laia using weapons are the bows. On the field she uses her bow, called Ranuh. Laia has been seen shooting two and three arrows at the same time with Ranuh. If she fights against humans, she knows perfectly how to use the fire with his arrows to scare the enemy. If she only shoots one arrow she is able to reach objectives that any archer would not, so don't try to run away, it's useless. When Laia uses his swords, he has the same preferences as his brother Marcus Marley. Her family gave her two hard small warrior swords. She called them Quendars. This swords are smaller than big swords carried by other nobles, and therefore seem to let Laia in disadvantage, making the enemies to attack her. This treacherous swords have the characteristic to be very light allowing Laia to aviod enemy attacks and counteract. One swords is used as a shield separating the enemy sword, while the other is used to attack.

Giask's History

While she was at Giask, she got in constant touch with the art of war, since his kingdom was at war with Pian in Luries, a kingdom located further north. For a major part of her childhood she saw hundreds of soldiers killed in multiple battles, which gave him great experience and honour on the battlefield. This way she also learned lots of things respecting battle tactics and war issues.

The war continued and the kingdom of Giask lost cause a traitor betraied the kingdom, allowing the enemy to take the capital and forcing her and her friends to seek a new homeland.

Looking for a new homeland

Along with some other nobles she began a journey to the west, and settled in the republic of Terran. Before arriving there Laia had to sail from one side to the other side of the continent, passing through D'Hara lands and islands.

Terran

For a year Laia and the rest of Giask company were working and serving in the most honorable way to their new home, Terran, while she saved gold to start a new life. During this period she was knight of Vashgew and she got in contact with the republic values.

Barca

With the arrival of a new spring, Laia and their friends started a new way in colaboration with Terran Republic and the Kingdom of D'Hara. With the invaluable assistance of both nations, it was possible to create a new colony called Barca.

Much has had to fight and much blood was shed in order to establish this new dream called Barca. With hard work and a very close cooperation between the allied nations, the Republic of Barca began to flourish, and the referendums proclaimed Laia Marley Boetarch of Barca, giving her the honour of leading the troops of the republic.

During the conquest of new territories, Laia was also proclaimed Lord of Rettlewood for a period of time, while stabilizing the region until there was taken a new referendum to vote for the new Lord.

It seems a long, hard life, but until now only been three years of his life, which demonstrates the great capacity for learning and leadership of this young noble. The future will have more challenges, but she is more than ready.
