  • The Hammer of Dawn: Originally Luria's main army and the backbone of it's military strength
  • The Golden Eagles: Founded to replace the Hammer of Dawn
  • The Imperial Legion: The elite strike force of Luria Nova. This was founded by former Emperor Sholan A'Valti to provide Luria with a means of rapid response, only the most experienced and energetic nobles were allowed to join.
  • The Golden Host: A home army whose primary purpose was the dfence of the frontier.
  • Exiled Edreun: An army formed from Nobles hailing from Niselur, eventually becoming one of Luria's chief armies.
  • Amelioration Brigade: Not an army in the traditional sense, but a means of organising courtiers and bureaucrats.
  • Emperor's Will: Formed to protect the Northern lands of Luria.
  • Silver Hammers: Formed to protect the Southern lands of Luria
  • Askileon Rangers: Created to ensure the defence of Moon Hall. Later turned into one of the three armies of Luria Nova. Changed its name to 'Novan Wrath'.
