Something Is Missing...

Xarnelf looked around thoughtfully, after arriving at Ipsosez. His men were making camp outside the fortress. However, something was missing... Something important... Ah, but of course!

"Mathias, you forgot to bring siege towers?"

The captain froze, before gulping audibly.

"Uhh, sire, with all the rushing, I might have, uhm, by accident, forgotten..."

The hero closed his eyes and sighed. Then he patted the other man's shoulder, as if in reassurance that he was not too upset over this detail. "No matter, Mathias. We do not need siege towers to breach the walls of Taop." Xarnelf turned to head into the citadel, leaving a slightly perplexed captain in his wake. How would they breach the walls without towers? Were the Aenil going to lift them up somehow? Or did he have something else in--nevermind, Mathias decided it was probably best that he thought about something else, before he got another headache over his liege's mad antics.
