Her eyes continued to gaze down upon the two identical items laid out upon the table, as her fingers lightly traced the smooth lines of detail. They had never been used before, and the girl felt deeply honoured that her cousin had decided to entrust her with them. She let two fingertips linger a moment upon one dark, mesmerizing emerald before narrowing her eyes in grim determination.
