Currently it has two noble brothers: Piro (older) and Kromm. Cousin Filth is a bastard child and commoner; noble members of the family have no idea of his existence.
Family patriarch received his noble title of the battlefield. There also were rumors that he prepared some rather convinient deaths of his and his lords enemies. Now even his descendants do not know if stories about their founder's killing business are true.
