The Way of the Spirits

History

The world was created by the great Kao, the great divide between the earth and sky. From the Kao came the first ones, the Spirit Lords, named the Kii. With the sky, the Kii created the Nasagas, the lesser spirits. From the earth and water, the Kii created the Syerthal, or creatures of land and sea, including the humans.

The Way of Kii

Through the paths of the Orders, we can speak with the Spirits. Strength and Courage are the only way of victory in battle. Wisdom is the only way of victory in life. All Orders value these three ideals above all else.

Heirarchy of the Orders

The spirits are divided into three Orders. The Order of Valour (the Ascended), the Order of the Non-Aligned (the Justices), and the Order of Blood (the Tainted). There are lesser orders, but they all follow one of the three greater orders.

All Orders and members of the Orders are well respected, for they are worthy opponents in battle. There is no shame dying by the blade of one of the Order.

The Divined are the archpriests, one for each Order.

The Devoted are the priests and soldiers who fight in the name of their order.

The Faithful are those who follow the way of the Kii.
