News Yet Another New Duke As promised, High Marshal Fortin has stepped down from his temporary position of Duke of Semall so that a more permanent replacement could be appointed. King Lucian appointed Epaminonda, former Count of Itor Boss, to the position today. Seeing his resignation message for his region, I'd easily guessed what was in store, and congratulated him in advance. He made a concise acceptance speech: Thanks King Lucian, for your trust. I will make Itorunt and Semall's people proud of your choice. Thanks Lord Ichigo, I very appreciate your early congrats! Epaminonda Cranioduro Duke of Semall I'm sure his brilliance is not limited to military affairs but rather extends to governing civilians as well. The II wishes Epaminonda the best of luck as the new duke. --Ichigo
