The family name Da Hadez is a varient of an ancient Atamaran name meaning "From the gates of hell".

The Da Hadez family motto dates back to the founder of the family Lord Seth Da Hadez and is written in a forgotten ancient language.
Roughly translated to Atamaran it reads "I was what you are, you will be what I am".
