Another Marvelous Victory

After the humiliating defeat of the Yssarians at the break of dawn, they tried to redeem themselves at sunset of the same day, but the 8k+ of Yssarian army left was buried by the arrows of the 9k army of Caligus. Yerli (Marshall of the Army of Isidril) was reported killed and captured. We are not sure if his dead body was captured and thrown into the cells, or if an idiotic healer proclaimed an unconscious and captured Yerli dead. We will report the truth of this matter when it is released to the public.--Talless

Grass fields around Domus stained with Yssarian blood

Today at dawn a huge battle was fought on the walls of Domus. Casualties were enourmous but the Caligans came out ontop having defended their capital with tooth and nail. It is the first major victory for a long time. Yssaria tried to catch us off our guard in an attempt to seize the city quickly but were deftly rebuffed.

In other news Arfeniel the new Duke of Domus has fallen into a coma and King Vlad hastily instated Kamekaze, Marshal of the army of Domus to the position of Duke. Also the peasants of Sordidus have once again broken the Take Over and are proving difficult to subdue.--Kamekaze

Diplomatic Reformation in Caligus Part 2

The only update the people of Caligus have recieved on diplomacy was 3 or so days ago when the king sent this letter to all nobles of the realm:

Peace Talks:

Until now, There is still a heavy Discusion going within the Yssrian Council, some seek for Peace, some seek for blood. Eleran Cannot yet give a real Awnser, beacause his Council did not yet make a dicision.

I believe that the coming Festival (OOC: Thanks Giving for some players), Will maybe bring us a temporay Cease Fire Between the both partys.

Its very Frustrating that I cannot yet get a realy awnser But Eleran him self seems to Prefer the Keys of Domus. Wich is in our curent situation nearly imposible.

Other Rulers and people withing teh Yssrian Council help me to get the peace. So I did everything I could, And I will try to Update you as much as posible.

Diplomatic Reformation in Caligus

There have been and will be many diplomatic relations changed in the coming era in Caligan history. A quote:

Reformation for Caligus

Caligus was thrown into Reformation this morning when Vlad declared a rebellion. Vlad, claiming to be able to bring us peace and survival, convinced many to join his side, seeing this the queen stepped down, knowing it was best to not split the realm in two, which gave victory to the rebels. It goes down like this:

Rebellion! (1 day, 1 hour ago) Vlad is calling for an uprising against the current government! In a passionate speech he said:Dear Gwynyth,We worked together along side each other for many years.But Recently, you seem Mentally unable of dealing with this Issue, You don't wish to step down for the good of the realm.And you hide in Royal Chambers, You Hide, For the Truth.Because you know this Realm is about to fall.You have done a great job for the realm, but your past "Mistakes" are now blocking all possibilities for Peace.With you in power, Yssaria Will never know about the true honour that holds this realm.My personal Request didn't help, and Now A realm wide Message was only reacted on panicly, not as a Queen should do.A Queen should act Responsible and admit her mistakes, and listen to her people.A true Queen of Caligus would step down.And if not with kind words, then with Force...M'Lady Gwynyth, please end this Conflict now, and step down, for the good of this Kingdom...Yours Truly, [--Vlad]

Ruler gave in to rebels (20 hours ago) Your ruler has stepped down, giving rulership over to the rebel forces. He has given this reason: Seeing the people of Caligus changeing the colours to those of rebellion, Queen Gwynyth steps forward, takes the crown off her head and gives it to Vlad: I will not fight against the will of my people..... The rebel leader, Vlad, has taken control of the realm now.

As for peace and prosperity in Caligus, only time will tell if it will come. Caligus lost Aestus to Yssaria at sunset after the rebellion, leaving Caligus left with only Sordidus, Scio, Nascot and Domus. Is this a sad day for Caligus? Or is it a good day? Again, only time will tell.--Talless
