Neutral Gods

After taken the death of Abishur as a sing the the Gods were on our side, the Caligans realize two days ago that the Gods are actualy neutral. Our chief editor Talless were zapped and died in a lightning storm two days ago just after insulting the Gods. Here is what our priests said:

Lightning Storm

Talless the Tactical, Royal Treasurer of Caligus was killed in a lightning storm. Here is the interpretation of a local priest: You accused a coder (Tom Struik) of messing with the game code in order to get in-game advantages, or to do you bad. Aside from the small technical fact that only one person, Tom Vogt, can update the game code running on the live server, and aside from the fact that the version control shows that the rebellion code has not been changed since at least May, the accusation is not only proven to be false, but is in itself off-limits, out-of-bounds and over-the-top.

We feel a great loss with the death of one of our Royal Treasurer, position that now belongs to Arfeiniel, but this is what happens when we insult the Gods. Let´s just hope we can fight and defeat our enemies in this war, with or with out the Gods help. -- Reona

Aestus is back and with it a Cease Fire

Aestus is finally back, self liberatin from Yssaria and a successfull TO from our realm, Aestus came back to his true realm and Lady Veni was appointed as Baroness of Aestus.

And after trying to breach the walls of Domus, twice and being successfull only in getting a few arrows in their faces, and after losing Aestus, Yssarian seem to be read for a peace talk. A cease fire was declared today, and negotiations begins, lets just see how long it takes for us to get peace. --Reona

Yssaria seems to be having trouble breaching the walls of Domus even when aided by Itorunt, their federation partners. Mere hours before the battle I (Kamekaze, Duke of Domus) built the walls up to level 4 to give the enemies a little surprise when they arrived. Shortly after the battle Medium's wedding began. The role play from the day has been placed HERE. In other news Cartor has returned from his recent journey just in time for the wedding reception --Kamekaze

New Royal Treasurer and What?! Medium is Getting Married?! To a Woman?!

Due to his recent actions, Jacque2 (Former Royal Treasurer), was stripped of all of his titles earlier this week, his replacement, you guessed it, me! After being called Sir three times in his speech, Vlad appointed me, Talless the Tactical Twinblade, as the new Royal Treasurer of Caligus, and thus making me lose a bet to Duke and co-editor Kamekaze, and ultimatly "forcing" me to have to accompany him to Archpriest Mediums' wedding, which takes place tomorrow.

In other shocking news, Archpriest Medium is getting married! Tommorow! Believe it or not, this little sneak has been seeing this woman for who knows how long, and he finally decided to tie the knot. Sir Mediums bachalor party has takin place today, and rumours have it, Reona Stryfe, co-editor of the paper, is a participating stripper. This saddens me greatly to see such a nice girl sucked up in the evils of nobility, but she must learn from her own mistakes...... I suppose. Lightning Storm

Abishur, High Marshal of Yssaria was killed in a lightning storm. Here is the interpretation of a local priest: You really, really should've read the Inalienable Rights page. You've managed to break two of them in one posting, and ignore several of the "bylaws". This is as clear a violation as it gets. Ordering people in regards to a tournament, asking them to be active, trying to weasel around the Inalienable Rights by saying "oh, it's just a suggestion". You didn't understand what the Rights are for. I wish you more wisdom in your next incarnation.

Today, Abishur, High Marshal of Yssaria was killed in a freak storm. Though this is a great loss for nobility as a whole many Caligans have taken it to be devine intervension and a sign from the heavens. Tomorrow there will likely be a battle to test the Caligan resolve to its limits but this recent event leaves Yssarians disheartened and could give us the edge.

I would also like to know what it is that caligus has done to convince Itorunt to "wipe Domus of the map".

I would like to speak my concern about Sir Lucian, King of Itorunt. For he has not responded on any messages from me. He even didn't replied about the fate of its own nobles.

Myself and my Arch Priest have been attempted an Assassination upon. This assasination has been Carried out by a certain Lady Celeste.

I asked him about this incident, if he knew anything about it. Or if this infiltrator has been working on her own.

I warned him that an attempt on a King and Arch Priest is a serious thing. And Warned him of the Consequences.

That this man does not Care about Caligus or an Honour full war declaration, is understandable. But not caring about its OWN nobles is something i am most concerned about.

King Lucian, Why are you ignoring me and the life of your nobles? Why have you sent one of your most loyal troop leaders on this dangerous mission, and on the same time, do NOTHING to get her out of this dangerous position?

Victory 3 & 4 Coming Right Up!!!

While the Yssarians continue their retreat, son of patrick (High Marshall of Caligus) Saw a perfect time to strike. While 20 Yssarian nobles lay wounded or captured in Domus, (this inculudes Abishur (High Marshall of Yssaria), Prandur (Royal), Devander(now former Marquis of Igno), Yerli (Marshall of the Army of Hamadan) and Bobeh (Count of Aureus),) son of patrick ordered an attack upon Aestus and Winkamus, both ending in Caligan Victorys! These past 4 victorys by Caligus have cut the Yssarian army down by 15k, making it the same size as the Caligan army. The Statistics dont lie! And since Ubent surrenederd Winkamus to Yssaria, they gave us another region to attack! Hurray! We are finally making some positive strides towards restoration!--Talless

Another Marvelous Victory

After the humiliating defeat of the Yssarians at the break of dawn, they tried to redeem themselves at sunset of the same day, but the 8k+ of Yssarian army left was buried by the arrows of the 9k army of Caligus. Yerli (Marshall of the Army of Isidril) was reported killed and captured. We are not sure if his dead body was captured and thrown into the cells, or if an idiotic healer proclaimed an unconscious and captured Yerli dead. We will report the truth of this matter when it is released to the public.--Talless

Grass fields around Domus stained with Yssarian blood

Today at dawn a huge battle was fought on the walls of Domus. Casualties were enourmous but the Caligans came out ontop having defended their capital with tooth and nail. It is the first major victory for a long time. Yssaria tried to catch us off our guard in an attempt to seize the city quickly but were deftly rebuffed.

In other news Arfeniel the new Duke of Domus has fallen into a coma and King Vlad hastily instated Kamekaze, Marshal of the army of Domus to the position of Duke. Also the peasants of Sordidus have once again broken the Take Over and are proving difficult to subdue.--Kamekaze

Diplomatic Reformation in Caligus Part 2

The only update the people of Caligus have recieved on diplomacy was 3 or so days ago when the king sent this letter to all nobles of the realm:

Until now, There is still a heavy Discusion going within the Yssrian Council, some seek for Peace, some seek for blood. Eleran Cannot yet give a real Awnser, beacause his Council did not yet make a dicision.

I believe that the coming Festival (OOC: Thanks Giving for some players), Will maybe bring us a temporay Cease Fire Between the both partys.

Its very Frustrating that I cannot yet get a realy awnser But Eleran him self seems to Prefer the Keys of Domus. Wich is in our curent situation nearly imposible.

Other Rulers and people withing teh Yssrian Council help me to get the peace. So I did everything I could, And I will try to Update you as much as posible.

Reformation for Caligus

Caligus was thrown into Reformation this morning when Vlad declared a rebellion. Vlad, claiming to be able to bring us peace and survival, convinced many to join his side, seeing this the queen stepped down, knowing it was best to not split the realm in two, which gave victory to the rebels. It goes down like this:

Rebellion! (1 day, 1 hour ago) Vlad is calling for an uprising against the current government! He has given this reason: Seeing the people of Caligus changeing the colours to those of rebellion, Queen Gwynyth steps forward, takes the crown off her head and gives it to Vlad: I will not fight against the will of my people..... The rebel leader, Vlad, has taken control of the realm now.
