Summary
The Cagilan Empire is one of the most influential and prominent realms of Atamara. Its armies can easily sway the battle. Cagilan Empire has been around since the beginning of Atamara.

The Cagilan Empire is a republic spanning 26 regions, with our capital in Cagil. The capital is virtually impenetrable due to the fact that there is only one way in. The Empire consists of five duchies, Calis, Cagil, Eaglin, Skalk, and Tarasac. Their dukes are Adam (Calis), Shanka foonfa (Cagil), Belenus (Eaglin), and Dakkon Blackblade (Skalk). As Tsubaki has been recently elected Prime Minister he can no longer be the Duke of Tarasac. Therefore, Tarasac has no duke yet.
