The Brilliant Guard of the Dragonslayer is a shield described in some of the oldest legends of Beluaterra. It has recently been seen being wielded by the daimon lord Reflecting during the Third Invasion of Beluaterra. Reflecting was slain in Bolkenia during a battle against the combined armies of the Kingdom of Alluran and Irombrozia. After the battle a freeman by the name of Sven, owing allegiance to the Kingdom of Alluran, found the Brilliant Guard of the Dragonslayer.
Freeman Sven repaired the Guard to nearly perfect condition, then offered it to Dimian Indirik, King of the Kingdom of Alluran. King Dimian rewarded the freeman with gold and a recommendation for nobility in return for his services to the realm. King Dimian still bears the Brilliant Guard of the Dragonslayer in battle.
