War were declared! The treaty between the Northern Federation and Minas Ithil finally expired, and following the Cagilian Empire's declaration of war against Minas Ithil, the entire Northern Federation followed suit. The Federation war machine marched south of the river to meet the Ithilian forces in Winwich, delivering a crushing blow to the Ithilians. Winwich itself soon fell into chaos as it was ravaged by the hordes of vikings and their allies in Eston, eventually ending in the hands of Norland.
In related news, the longest reigning ruler in the history of the world, Sordnaz, is approaching his fourth consecutive year of his stranglehold on the Barony's throne, and despite his age shows no signs of relinquishing it while he still lives. Only the gods themselves know how much longer the viking hordes of the Barony will remain under the direction of their dictator. |
