The Public Relations Council
Consisting of members of Fwuvoghor, we deal with, well, Public Relations. There's a lot of talking, jokes, and more boring talk that goes on, and thats about it, we don't ever seem to get much done. The members, their numbers, and exact purpose of each in the group, is unknown, but some think it to be an honour to be approached by them.
