Part I

Roleplay from Erik Eyolf Serpentis

To Lady Marion

The war was over. Erik had found strong family ties much more difficult to ignore now. The past always came clearer and more intense in times of peace. He rejoiced that. Despite not being a good partner, the elf tried to be generous and kind to his young ones. After he lost the childhood of two legitimate children, the Silver Dragon was looking forward to visit his youngest child. However he could not ignore the fact that he had to solve unfinished issues. It was time to find Lady Marion and have a good talk.

Determined, the Duke left Parm in a carriage with a few servants and a small escort. He had received the message and hoped to find Marion without delay. Inside the carriage a beautiful young singer with a nightingale voice distracted him. Erik never despised those little luxuries. When Gormok approached on a black horse, the noble opened the window and blew out the spiraling smoke from his pipe.

Gormok: “I found her. She’s drinking at a tavern after face some monsters in the woods...”

Erik gave orders that the horses assume a faster pace. There was a long time since he visited Rollbar and the region of forests around Dolmbar and Slimbar always pleased him. There he was truly in the heart of Sirion. Late in the afternoon they reached the village. It was a known fact the Gormok’s lack of care to some situations, so the Duke had preferred to send the singer as his emissary. Obviously, the girl who entered the tavern had a unique beauty that mesmerized the men inside the hall. She walked to talk with Lady Marion and invite her:

Singer: “Lady Marion, M’Lord Erik Eyolf is waiting for you...”

floor as she left the filth tavern behind her. The invitation of course could not be denied and there was a guard waiting at the carriage’s door. The young singer sat beside him, forcing Marion to sit on the opposite bench, facing them.

Erik Eyolf: “Good night, my dear Marion...”

They barely had time for a formal presentation and the carriage began to move. Erik kept his draconian eyes on his guest. There was a brief and silent discomfort until the singer gently pinching her Lord.

Singer: “Sing something for your girls! You have a guest and I loved that song!”

The Silver Dragon roared down with that boldness. He always gave too much freedom to the young and beautiful women around him. There was a little awkwardness, but he sang.

I'm a spy in the house of love.

I know the dream, that you're dreamin' on.

I know the words that you love to hear.

I know your deepest and secret fear.

I know ev'rything.

Ev'rything you do.

Ev'rywhere you go. Ev'ryone you know.

I'm a spy in the house of love…

For Marion that experience was at least unusual. Erik seemed slightly drunk. The intimacy between them was limited, but the carriage covered just a short distance. The elf took a deep breath when they stopped. He came down and offered his hand to her. In silence he guided her into the woods to a meadow under the moon and the stars. They were finally alone.

Erik Eyolf: “Now we can talk in peace...”

Roleplay from Marion Mercury

To Lord Erik

The bard keeps singing an old song, with new words... it is a Tavern full of a quiet silence. The silence of drunk souls thinking more than doing. Marion is still there, drinking slowly a glass of wine. Even beeing a Lady, there is no time for water now. A young girl, with an incredible beauty apears, to cover with her glow the dark of the tavern. "He obviusly found me" she thinks.

Singer: "Lady Marion, M'Lord Erik Eyolf is waiting for you."

Marion smiles at her, a friendly smile, not an arrogant one. She feels sorry for her, the young girl blind for his charmes. She knows about it. After she left the tavern, a beautifull carriage is waiting for her.

Erik: "Good Night, my dear Marion..."

Marion: "Good night, Erik. it's been a wile..."

She can feel his eyes sliding throw her. Those eyes that she can remember. Marion keeps looking throw his eyes, with a quiet and silent green glow. An unconfortable feeling starts to fill the environment. The intimacy between him and the young girl is more than obvius, But she keeps in silence. She knows him. He likes the spectacle. She keeps thinking about the poor girl, out of freedom because of his charmes... He starts to sing, after the claim of the young beauty.

" I know everything..." He has been drinking, but he keeps his presence.

They reach a meadow between the woods, in the midle of an strange awkward feeling. Marion tooks his hands and starts walking with him.

Erik: "Now we can talk in peace..."

Marion: "Yes, is better now. But I told you that I will visit you in Avamar. I'm not proper dresed for an oficial encounter."

She is using her hunting clothes, but under the moonlight she looks like a proper warrior, a wild creature who is trying to escape.

Marion: "I want to apologise to you, I've done it with Eilien...I lie to both of you and that was not right."

She stops in under a hughe tree. The stars shines into her hair. Erik looks at her, with an unusual face.

Marion: "We have a child, a beautifull young girl who is going to make us proud. That is all we have in common. You are Lord in Avamar, you have many childs...You should visit Rugina, to see your baby grow... and..." She stops the phrase. "...and...maybe to marry her...She is a Lady, and she is the mother of your child. Or maybe to Lady Rain. It is more than obvious that she has feelings for you, you had something strong with her. Maybe it is time. Both of you are very important to Sirion, so it could be a good thing for the realm...You are not getting older, Erik." She keeps seeing the sky, trying to avoid his eyes. "Thank you for what you have done with Eilien. I knew you would be a good father. I was selfish keeping her away from you. It was because of me....not because of you. I..."

She stops talking as she can see him aproaching...
