• Region Lords are entitled to due recompense for the food their region provides
• Every effort should be made to establish trade between regions of Asylon at competitive prices in order to meet food distribution needs
• In the event of an emergency the Banker has the right to move food to a region in need without the prior permission of the Lord. However recompense for the food should be made as soon as possible at current market rate
• Ducal Elections
• The appointment of a new Duke or Duchess is at the discretion of the Ruler of Asylon. However the Duke/Duchess must be selected from those publically nominated by the Nobles of Asylon.
• To be eligible for nomination for a Duchal seat
• the nominee must be able to demonstrate experiance in the smooth running of a region within the realm of Asylon
• the nominee must be considered a noble of good standing within the realm
