Tocoto is a 23 year old hero of Old Grehk on Beluaterra. He began his career in 1011 in the realm of Pian en Luries but immigrated by ship not too long after. Tales of his adventures can be read about on the forums here.
As a Knight of Ossmat he fought in the Fifth Invasion while that city was overran by the Daimons and the Blight. He was later sworn to Kell, and after the defeat of Overlord was raised to the title of Count of that region by Duke Nidor Lionheart.
In his 26th year, after the fall of Lord-Treasurer and Duke of Ossmat Nidor, he was elected by a margin of a single vote to the title of Lord-Chancellor of Old Grehk.
