Yesterday the war between Carelia, Abington and Redspan ended in a 10 week ceasefire. Under the normal conditions of closed borders ect. It will be a good thing for the people in the south that have suffered under the fierce battle and plundering. It might also have great implications on other disputes in central Atamara, namely Tarasac.

The editor of AT have returned from his leave to find a new paper on the marked, the Atamara Herald. Though he welcomes it he think it looks like something paied and written by Abington government. ''"Surely it cannot be taken for anything else than the Abingtonian tabloid rag it is. I am comfident many of our readers would prefer our decent and professional journalism. It must surely be from the Abington government to the Abington people"'' were Erasmus Episcopus' comment after seeing the new paper.

Recently RedSpan have signed alliances with Abington and a cease fire with Falasan, this might be yet another sign of Tara falling apart. RedSpan obviously thought there was little to gain for them from staying on Tara's side and are now trying to make peace with the enemy. Maybe even help them and possibly gain some land from their neighbour Tara.
