Upasael
The region of Upasael was a former region of Highland Empire. Aethius Kain was appointed Baron after a few others. On 2006-08-28 Aethius Kain was elected ruler of Lasanar so he had to set down as Baron form this region, a new Baron should be appointed shortly.
