The judge of a realm is responsible for the internal matters and discipline in the realm.
His responsibilities include:
* Holding court to increase the morale and loyalty of a region. * Dealing with enemy prisoners. * Fining and banning troublemakers. * Writing the judge bulletin to set the internal laws for the realm.
