The banker is the expert in financial matters. His/Her duties include:
- Setting Trade settings (Such as amount of food to buy/sell)
- Organizing food movement and shipments
- Designing the tax system (including setting tax rates and the percent to collect)
- Collection of Taxes (be it early or on time)
- Organizing all distribution of wealth
