-development notes: I will start her in Sirion... So far she is Rugina's child. She takes an oath of silence along with her specially trained soldiers from a recruitment center Rugina will build. The Silent Oath is all about "her words are chosen carefully and never wasted, when she speaks, its important and always excellent." I'm also looking for a better picture for her, but I doubt I will find anything better to picture her then this.
