There is currently no list of common items that may be aquired fighting alpha monsters. I will slowly start to build such a list.

You also find several common items among the loot: A piece of honey, you can use this to regain a bit of fatigue., A small and used lamp that can give a little light in dark nights. and A statuette carved from wood, depicting a local deity.. --Slaadslayer 21:08, 22 July 2008 (CEST)
