The Grand Chamber of Terran Law

- All Crimes are brought before the High Council or the Senate (depending on severity) and a fair trial is given with regards to all evidence shown and it is the sole responsibility that if you suspect or have evidence for or against nobles in regards to crime then it must be reported to the High Council immediately -

  • Terran Law 1.1: Code of Conduct - While we encourage freedom of speech within Terran there are guidelines of nobility that all must follow, regardless of rank. All nobles of Terran must treat one another with the respect and manners that one would expect from a noble of high birth - any such noble who fails to grasp this concept will face just punishment at the deciding of the High Council.

  • Terran Law 1.2: Safety & Security - If any noble is found breaching codes of internal secrecy and conduct (spying and/or rebelling) then all nobles involved will face just punishment at the deciding of the High Council.

  • Terran Law 1.3: Double Dealing - If any noble is found abusing the power that has been bestowed upon them, such as theft then the noble(s) in question will face just punishment at the deciding of the High Council.

  • Terran Law 1.4: Secrecy in Crime - If any noble suspects or has evidence for or against a noble in question of a crime must step forward immediately. If information is held in secrecy and thus taints the fair grounds of the case then the noble in question will face just punishment at the deciding of the High Council.
  • Terran Law 1.5: Diplomacy - If any deliberate action is taken against realms or lands not of our own at a neutral stance or above (looting, infiltration, etc.) then the noble in question will face just punishment at the deciding of the High Council.

  • Terran Law 1.6: Vow of Truth - In the event of a dispute all sides must be heard in an untainted manner. Words cannot be withheld in order to better benefit the dispute and all evidence must be brought forward, not selected evidence to best suit the individual. If any noble is found abusing the dispute in such a manner then the noble in question will face just punishment at the deciding of the High Council.

  • Terran Law 1.7: Orders in Hierarchy - It is vital that each Terranian follow orders as their commanding officer foretells. In the event that orders are disobeyed without just reason or consent from the High Council then the noble in question will face just punishment at the deciding of the High Council.
