Luna's Biography
Luna, Sol's younger sister also hails from the province of Yipinalke. Luna was born with no discernible elemental gifts therefore her parents were apathetic towards her. She received sword training from the family Master-at-Arms and sparred often with Sol. She would become very proficient with both a short and long blade, besting even her elder sister. Upon turning 15 Luna realized she would gain no prestige remaining under her parents and in Sol's shadow. She took whatever she could carry and deserted her homeland of Beluaterra for The East Continent. Luna can be described as a women with an average build, standing around 5' 6". Luna's hair is as dark as a ravens feathers and her eyes are as bright as a full blue moon.
Luna's current estate is Skyspire Castle in Fontan.
Luna's Aviary
Luna has always had a connection with animals of the sky, most notably great eagles. Ever since she was a little girl bonding with birds of all sizes brought Lady Tempest great joy. As she grew older she honed her skills and would be considered a avid and adept falconer. Now within the great forest and majestic mountains of East Continent she truly shows her skill.

Luna delivered herself with a fresh letter for Lady Aila while she attended the Gala on the Wayfarer's Gambit. A fiercely loyal and intelligence falcon to never leave Aila's side. | ||

Luna questions if they are Canadian in nature but their polite demeanor while making them seem Canadian does not add up as Canadian Geese are usually hell's incarnate. | ||

Will fate allow a grand future for Shadowdale?
Ages 15-17
Luna found herself in the realm of Shadowdale upon arriving on The East Continent, with the ship docking at the Royal Port of the Twilight in Karbala. Having little knowledge of this new land, Lady Tempest would remain near Karbala for the next two years. Her passion of knowledge and history kept her anchored to the District of Letters with its renowned universities and libraries. Luna found herself doing research and scribe work for varying professors to make her way in this unbeknownst land. One professor would be so pleased with her research work he would provide Luna a room within the Grey University, making her work and studies more convenient. As time passed Lady Tempest would attend many lectures and seminars to expand her knowledge. History and cartography would become her greatest subjects, even assisting her professors prepare various lectures for other students.
Luna, now seventeen, was regarded by her professors as an excellent student and patron of The Grey University. She would submit a study to the Chancellor of the University on modern methods of cartography with the hopes of becoming a professor despite her young age. The Chancellor would however draw her to the attention of Shadow King, Lindow Moonsun. The Shadow King had heard varying things about the young noble who was working and studying at the university most notable that Lady Tempest was skilled with more than just a pen.
When the Chancellor arranged a meeting between Lindow Moonsun and Luna Tempest the Shadow King would call for her sword and her fealty. With a campaign rising in the south she would prove more useful as a knight than an academic. Despite Luna’s lack of experience in battle and leading she did not hesitate to answer his call. Lady Tempest could never refuse the man who had founded The Grey University, the only place she now regarded as home. She swore her allegiance in perpetuity to the Shadow King as her new liege. Lady Luna Tempest would be proclaimed a Dame of Karbala and a new recruit in the Shadow Legion. She would still call the University her home however no longer a student, but a Knight preparing for war.
Luna would take to Karbala to prepare for the coming campaign, visiting a renowned smith on Royal Street to outfit herself. With only a modest amount of gold she invested most in an brilliantly crafted long sword, leaving the remaining for some typical hardened leather armour. Lady Tempest would also recruit a small unit of archers promising them riches and glory in the coming campaign to solicit their aid. She would dub her new unit Tempest Rangers for their arrows that will unleash the fury of the tempest. With her new equipment and men Luna would set out to rally in Akesh Temple and regroup with the rest of the Shadow Legion.
Age 17
Lady Tempest's first campaign would be an invasion into Perdan's and Vix Tiramora's lands. Luna was witness to many atrocities but did not partake in any herself opting to only focus on her own skills and trying to collect a living history from as many participants as possible. The campaign did provide the novice Dame with much needed experience in both command and combat.
Luna would return to Karbala and bolsters her Tempest Rangers with fresh recruits. She signed up for the Shadow Kings Tournament of the Lance of Strength however due to poor time management skills missed the tourney. Instead she moved into her new estate, a Mountain Manor in the region of Evora. Before once again returning to Akesh for her second campaign.
Dame Luna's second campaign would prove a very short one, the allied northern forces sough to stop the takeover of Nascot but were routed by the enemy. During the battle Lady Tempest was severely wounded by taking an arrow strike just shy of her collarbone. It would take some time but Luna would fully recover from the injury but always bear the scar. She would spend the next few weeks garrisoning Akesh Temple and training her fresh recruits.
Age 18
Shortly after turning 18 Luna would find the seat of Grey Exarch vacant. With the blessing of the Shadow King Lindow Moonsun Lady Tempest would enter her name and win the prestigious position defeating Lord Maccio Aurelle in a extra election. Before her 19th birthday she would command her first campaign to the south. Mostly a campaign to test Shadowdale's many new knights Luna along with her ally generals would command a victory over the Perdan-Vix combined army.
Age 19
After her first taste of victory in the far south Luna would look for campaigns closer to home. Planning an invasion of Nascot with the hopes of conquering the region or at least spark some talks between Shadowdale and Perdan. The campaign however was doomed, but not because of the Grey Exarch's ability in command, nor Perdan's own counter attack. No, divine intervention made the campaign folly. Disappointed Luna would return to Shadowdale to plan a new destiny for her realm.
During the time of new found peace on East Continent Luna would grow closer to Aila and actually start to form a friendship going so far as to invite the Dame of Perdan to her home in Evora. To the Grey Exarch's surprise Lady Storme took none other than Duke Fontaine of Perdan as her escort prompting the meeting to be more diplomatic in nature than Luna intended. It was not all in vain however as it was the start of good relations between Shadowdale and the Duke of Perdan who would find himself King of Perdan after the untimely death of King Kay.
Age 20
By the time Luna turned 20 her transformation from some unknown teenage noble from Beluaterra to a real Shadowdalian noble was complete. Becoming one with the culture Lady Tempest dresses and looks the part as one truly of the Shadows. Opting to leave her hair short and dressing mostly in black.
Luna would fight a short but pointless Campaign in Nivemus when Shadowdale sought new land. Due to political threats and backstabs no gains were made. Nivemus' opted to simply give Bruck to Eponllyn do block Grey Exarch Tempest's only route to war.
With the war null and void Luna and Shadow King Lindow would look for a new path and to form new friendships in Perleone. With the support of such genuine allies Shadowdale would find that new path for conquest.
Age 21
Shortly after her 21st birthday Shadowdale would declare war against Caligus for their insults. The Shadow King Lindow Moonsun made a pack with Perleone to empower Shadowdale against reprisal from the northern bloc. With this new found friendship Grey Exarch Luna would rally the Shadow Legion and lead a massive successful siege on Fontan. During the takeover of the city Shadowdale saw the lord of Viseu change allegiance to the Shadows. With Fontan conquered and Viesu flipped Caligus would seek peace and willingly give up all claims seeing An Najaf turned over to Shadowdale peacefully.
Lady Tempest would be a knight no longer after this campaign for her ambition and loyalty were rewarded and she was appointed as Margravine of Fontan. Luna would take up residence within Fontan's Castle which she dubbed Skyspire Castle standing tall over the massive port city.

Luna's Tempest Rangers
The Tempest Rangers are a unit of archers under Luna's command. What they lack in numbers they make up for in accuracy and bravery. They accompanied their Lady during the Northern Alliance's Invasion of Perdan. The unit was present for both 17th Bloodbath in Brive and the Valentines Day Siege of Partora. The rangers suffered heavy casualties during the former however endured with no injuries in the latter.
Upon returning to Karbala after the short campaign Lady Tempest recruited some Aurellian Longbowmen to replenish the men lost and bring the unit to a respectable size.
After the casualties from Luna's second campaign the Rangers were once again bolstered with fresh Aurellian Longbowmen.
The unit's current Captain is Theomona, with Lieutenant Lissa under her.

Luna's Seventh Campaign
Shadowdale would be the target of a dual claimed defensive war as Eponllyn and Sirion ravage the realm. This war would truely test both Shadowdale's and Luna's ability to wage war.

- Divine Wrath on the Fields of Commonyr - Shadowdale's takeover in the region would be attacked by the non allied forces of Eponllyn, Sirion and Nivemus.

Shadowdale declared a war of expansion against Caligus and would give Luna a proper opperunity to test her skills in command.

Shadowdale found itself in a war of expansion with Nivemus. Grey Exarch Luna takes command of the Shadow Legion to mobilize entirely by itself for the first time since she took command.

- Leap Day Battle at Nascot - A failed attempt by the Northern Alliance to prevent the Perdanese take over in the region. Luna was seriously wounded in this battle being hit by two arrows.

A brief campaign into Perdan and Vix Tiramora.
